據中國貿易救濟信息網，11月24日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定液晶器件、組件及其下游產品（Certain Liquid Crystal Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1462）。

2025年8月29日，美國BH Innovations LLC of New York, New York、愛爾蘭Longitude Licensing Limited of Ireland、愛爾蘭138 East LCD Advancements Ltd. of Ireland向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國註冊專利號7,705,948、7,570,334），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將於立案後45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基於政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效並於發布之日後的第60日起具有終局效力。
